General Cancellation Policy:

Notice Period: Cancellations must be communicated in writing to VGB Tripssolutions Private Limited at least 7 days before the scheduled date of service. This notice period varies by service type and is specified below.

Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

Air Tickets:

Domestic Flights: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.

International Flights: Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable.

Hotel Bookings:

Standard Rate Bookings: Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in will incur a 50% fee or may be non-refundable depending on the hotel’s policy.

Non-Refundable Bookings: These bookings are not eligible for a refund, and cancellations will result in a full charge.

UAE Visas:

Visa Processing: Once the visa application is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Prior to submission, cancellations will incur a 20% processing fee.

Holiday Packages:

More than 30 days before departure: Cancellations will incur a 15% fee of the total package cost.

Within 30 days of departure: Cancellations will incur a 50% fee or the total cost of the package, depending on the terms of the specific package.

Global Visas:

Visa Processing: Cancellations are not permitted once the visa application process has begun. Cancellations before application submission will incur a 25% fee.

UAE Tours:

More than 7 days before the tour: Cancellations will incur a 10% fee.

Within 7 days of the tour: Cancellations are non-refundable.

Special Circumstances:

Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen events such as natural disasters or emergencies, VGB Tripssolutions Private Limited will review each case individually. Refunds or changes may be offered at our discretion.
